ブロッサム コルククッションニーパッド

I've been stacking both cork squares under my knees for pigeon pose and the extra cushioning makes a huge difference on my hardwood floor. They're compact enough to toss in my yoga bag, and the cork doesn't slide around like my old foam block did.

My elbows were killing me during plank holds until I started using one of these under each arm. The cork surface actually grips my mat instead of sliding around, which I didn't expect. Thin enough to toss in my bag for studio classes too.

I stack two of these for extra cushion in kneeling poses, and they're so compact I just toss them in my bag without taking up space. The cork surface gives just enough grip on a mat, which I wasn't expecting but really appreciate.
