볼드 요기 팩: 만달라 코르크 매트 + 마사지 볼 + 스트레치 스트랩

The massage balls are firm enough to really work out knots in my shoulders, and the cork mat has a nice texture that keeps my hands from sliding even when I sweat. The carry strap makes it easy to roll everything up together.

I was worried cork would feel slippery mid-flow, but this 4.5mm mat grips better than my old rubber one, even when my hands get clammy. The massage balls have become my nightly ritual for loosening up my shoulders after desk work.

The cork mat has just the right amount of grip, even when my hands get sweaty mid-flow, and it doesn't slide around on my hardwood floor. The massage balls have become my go-to after long runs for working out knots in my calves.
