ボタニカルズ コルククッションニーパッド

I was a little skeptical about cork knee pads, but these really work—the cushioning is firm yet comfortable, and they don’t slide around on my yoga mat. Perfect for keeping my elbows protected during tabletop pose too.

I stack both squares under my knees for pigeon pose and the cork gives just enough give without feeling squishy. They're small enough to toss in my yoga bag, which is why they actually make it to class with me.

My knees used to ache halfway through longer floor sequences, but stacking both cork squares under each knee fixed that completely. They're light enough to toss in my bag and the cork doesn't slide around on my mat.
