حزمة الدب الليلي: سجادة الدب الليلي + قطعتا طوب + كرات تدليك

The mat’s cork surface provides just the right grip even when my palms get sweaty during practice. The blocks are sturdy and have held up well to daily use. This set feels like a solid investment for my home yoga routine.

The cork massage balls have completely replaced my foam roller for working out knots after long runs. I've been using the 4.5mm mat daily for a month now and it still looks brand new, no flaking at all. The whole set feels way more premium than what I paid.

I didn't expect the 4.5mm mat to grip this well once my hands got sweaty, but it does. The massage balls have become my nightly calf ritual after long runs, and the strap makes it easy to haul everything to class.
